Development market Manager (Wuxi-Huishan)

 

Major Tasks & responsibilities:

· Implement WGT ring gears and promote others Capi group products business growth strategies in China; drive business development for our product and business growth in both volume and margin.

· Takes full responsibility for managing business in the China Mainland, achieve sales targets in volume and margin, develop account plans, drive value pricing, design & recommend commercial solutions with technical support.

· Identify & qualify prospects and develop new market opportunities to ensure a continuous WGT development of opportunities with new markets/applications.

· Identify the key value chain new customers; build, maintain and develop relationships with the key decision makers of potential buying accounts and the key value chain customers.

· Support actual commercial operation and marketing activities when requested, prepare reports, analyzing and summarizing market and competition information.

 

Requirements & skills:

· 40-55 years old with degree in mechanical engineer or equivalent.

· 10-15 years working experience in sales of epicycloid gear box components as ring gears.

· Knowledge of main domestic /international epicycloid gear box producers.

· Strong ability for domestic market analysis in fact of government investment for construction and wind power market, understand the potential company to be WGT customer.

· Strong ability in negotiation and contract making.

· Strong ability in communication, work under pressure.

· Able to travel up to 100% in China mainland.

· Fluent written and spoken English.

· Strong learning capability and good team player.

· Strong in project leading and management.

· Sound knowledge and experience in channel management and customer relationship management.

· Sound presentation skills for customer seminars.
